Meet Our Providers

Dr. Anthony V. Dallas Jr. graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and has been a practicing family physician since 1983. He practiced in Kentucky before coming to Hendersonville in 1986. Not only is he Board Certified in Family medicine, but he is the chief medical officer at the CareHere Clinics and experienced in aesthetics at Better You in Hendersonville.

Dr. Dallas enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf when he isn’t caring for patients.

Grant Anderson PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in family medicine. He graduated from Belmont University in 2012 with a degree in Chemistry for the Health Sciences with a minor in Biology. He attended PA school at Lincoln Memorial University, where he earned his Master of Medical Sciences in 2015. Grant is also a Gallatin native who is excited to be practicing near his hometown.

Allison is passionate about helping others. She genuinely strives to partner with patients to improve their health. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. She continued her education through Union University, becoming a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University in 2015. She loves the team she works with and has been at Family Health Care of Hendersonville since 2012.

Her family is very important to her, and she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You will often find her on the sidelines or in the stands cheering on her children in their sports. She is a faithful member of her church family and strives daily to bring glory to God in all she does. Allison is a Hendersonville native having lived her entire life in this amazing city and feels privileged to raise her children in her hometown.

Elisha is a servant-minded individual who genuinely loves getting to interact with her patients and help them feel better.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and minored in Health Care Administration, before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University. She continued her education at Union University where she received her Master’s degree as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She capped off a stellar education at Vanderbilt University, earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Elisha is also certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse.

Elisha has been at Family Health Care since 2010 and currently owns Better You Medical Day Spa in Hendersonville, which was founded by Family Healthcare’s, Dr. Anthony Dallas. She also teaches in the Bachelor’s and Master’s Nursing programs at Union University.

When she is not working, Elisha loves spending time with her husband, Jason, and two boys, Conner and Kypton. She loves the outdoors, exercising, and traveling.

Terry Witherington, DNP, APRN, completed her Bachelor and Master in Nursing at the University of Tennessee and her Doctorate in Nursing at the University of South Alabama. She has a passion for providing primary care to patients and assisting them in achieving positive health care outcomes. She has provided primary care to patients in the Hendersonville since 1994. Dr. Witherington has also worked in the academic arena and has served as faculty at Vanderbilt University since 2003. She has also served on multiple global health initiatives and feels strongly in giving care to this population.

Haley is a Tennessee native, born and raised in Hendersonville, TN. From a young age, she became interested in the field of healthcare. Haley graduated from Union University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2015. She started her nursing career in a medical/surgical unit before transferring to the emergency department. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in nursing. She built upon these experiences and returned to Union University to further her education and obtained her Doctorate in Nursing practice in 2020.

Haley is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is trained in family healthcare, emergency medicine, cosmetic dermatology, hormone replacement therapy. She is passionate about helping her patients reach their health and wellness goals.

Outside of Family Healthcare of Hendersonville, Haley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading a good book.
